A very limited release of of a small volume of the Orange from 2023 with ZERO additions. For those of you with an interest in how wines behave when they have had no sulphur added this is an infrequent opportunity. I bottled 120 bottles of this wine separately with no additions, principally for my own enjoyment and interest.

Solaris is always the first grapes to be ripe, as much as 10 days earlier than any others. These grapes were de-stemmed and macerated with the grape skins for 9 weeks before being pressed. The wine was rested in stainless steel for 8 months on fine lees before bottling. Unfined, unfiltered with a small 10ppm sulphur addition post malolactic fermentation.
