Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris from the exceptional 2025 vintage were co-fermented to make delicious red wine and subsequently bottled to be sparkling wine. The wine was bottled without being fined or filtered and without any addition of sulphur.

I give you Leicestershire's answer to Lambrusco. Proper grown up red wine that happens to have bubbles in. A glorious thing that seems to be having a bit of a zeitgeist moment, which is no bad thing.

Serve chilled! Best allowed to rest upright in the fridge for 24 hours before opening as it can be very slightly exuberant on opening.
