VEGAN/VEGETARIAN FRIENDLY. NO EGG/MILK ALLERGENS
PRODUCTION: 1100 bottles. Empty bottle 560g
Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris were carbonically whole bunch macerated separately for 10 days. The grapes were pressed and underwent alcoholic fermentation together. The wine was bottled without being fined or filtered but with a minor addition of sulphur prior to bottling.
