We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Matt Gregory Wines. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please review our returns policy below.

Returns

You may return unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at matt@mattgregorywines.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
